Jujutsu Kaisen 0 Releases Movie Trailer

The highly anticipated Jujutsu Kaisen movie adaptation just released a trailer and fans are very excited. New characters were teased, and a very mysterious plot line was showcased in the short clip. The very popular series impacted viewers with its great animation, fun character designs, and interesting plot line. Therefore, fans have high expectations of the series’ first movie release.
The movie is set to be released on December 24th , in Japan which coincidentally takes place at the same time as the events of the movie. The movie follows a new main character, Yuta Okkotsu, and his conflict to save a girl from his past. Nonetheless, fans can expect to see familiar faces such as Gojo Satoru and get insight of his past and upbringing. The movie is canon to the main story’s plot line, but it is a prequel to the events that occurred in season one.
Yuta Okkotsu is a promising but nervous teen who is suffering from losing his childhood friend and had her become a curse that is only attached to him. This gains Gojo Satoru’s attention, and he becomes involved with helping Yuta in his journey to save his friend. Gojo offers Yuta a place in Jujutsu Tech Highschool, and so the story commences. While there hasn’t been an announcement of Season 2 yet, fans are convinced the series will resume animation after the release of the movie.
While we won’t see the series main character Yuji Itadori, we will gain more insight of already popular characters such as Inumaki Toge, and Zenin Maki. The story will follow the, then first years of Jujutsu Tech and the role they play in Yuta’s mission to save his once childhood lover. Viewers can expect nothing but greatness to follow after the already amazing first season of the series as the manga author Gege Akutami returns from hiatus this August.
